Trisha is a striking red pit with pointed ears that make her look as though she has a bit of
fox in her. Of course, she doesn't, for there's no mistaking the beauty of this pure
American Pit Bull Terrier. A little shy at first, Trisha has acclimated to her new
environment quite well, but is rather quiet, compared with her sometimes
incessantly-barking kennel-mates. She enjoys her walks immensely,
and takes to either a fast or slow pace--whatever her walker is in the mood for.
Trisha is a strong girl, so an experienced handler would be recommended.
She is wary of strangers, but warms up to them quickly when properly introduced.
Trisha has met a few male pitties, and seems interested in them, but again, is a
bit tentative about playing and going "all out." This pretty girl may do well in
a home where there is another dog of her size, so if you're interested
in meeting Trisha, bring your dog to the shelter and we can see what
kind of chemistry the two may have with one another.
