Teddy is a teddy bear! He certainly is a cuddly fellow, with not a mean bone in his body, as one
volunteer puts it - leaning into you when you give him hugs or rubbing up against your legs to feel
your warmth on a walk. He'll gladly rest his head in your lap when it's time to take a break.
This boy wants to be your constant companion: loyal and loving to the core! Not only is Teddy
a cuddly bear, but he's a friendly one too. Enthusiastic, energetic, and HAPPY all apply
to this adorable fella. Teddy displays friendly interest in both people and other dogs
(perhaps he could be compatible with yours!) on his walks with his person. He is
also incredibly responsive to direction and is eager to please, making him a
great candidate for training. Please note that Teddy is not good with cats.
Teddy may be a little large, but he's a gentle giant in need of good
boundary setting and consistency, something that was clearly not
provided in his life before the shelter. Come meet Teddy and be
prepared for lots of cuddling and doggie hugs!
