Due to unforeseen complications with new mom and new baby, Oliver is in need
of a new home. Oliver, a 12 yr old neutered male siamese mix, was adopted from the SPCA in
New York City 12 years ago. He and his owner relocated to San Francisco
where Oliver lived exclusively as an indoor pet until 11 months ago when he
moved to Berkeley with his family. Oliver attempted to adjust to outdoor
living but was unhappy.
Oliver looks but is not blind and does not have cataracts but was born with
a condition described as "cloudiness" in his eyes. He sees well enough to
track toys and recognizes friends, family and can find whatever he wants
including hiding places to deal with initial shyness around new people.
He's just looking for a human friend to pal around with.
Oliver's family is willing to pay any fees associated with adoption process,
i.e. more vaccinations, transportation, etc.
